3d and 2d mechanical design
FMV Trasmissioni Meccaniche has an internal design office that develops in both 2D and 3D CAD. All also integrated with a CAM system. The goal is to understand the needs and problems of customers and find solutions together with them. We are a vertically integrated company, from the initial study to the realization in the foundry and mechanical processing.
Mechanical machining
FMV carries out numerous types of processing both on its own products and those coming from outside. In addition to aluminum alloys it works other types of materials, both from steel, cast iron, plastic materials. To this end, the following machines are available:

Measurement room and quality laboratory
The company has always believed in the importance of quality and invests in controls. We have a real quality laboratory. It is equipped with an X-ray machine, and a measurement room with state-of-the-art instruments to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. We have the following measurement tools:
- Durometer;

- p-np buffers;
- infrared temperature meter;
- roughness tester;
- dea measuring machine;
- X-ray machine;
- hole meter;
- digital and analog meter;
- micrometer;
